- Returned items must be brought back in new condition with tags attached within 15 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for exchanges only.
- No returns on retired items or custom orders, and all holiday themed items are final sale.

Cost of shipping returned item(s) is the responsibility of the customer, and we will credit the purchase cost of the item within 3-5 business days from when we receive the package.

- We believe that exchanges make satisfied customers! The same timeframe applies, and any exchanges should be made within 15 days of the original purchase date. Sale items are eligible for exchanges of the same item only.
- The customer is responsible to pay for the incoming shipping costs for an exchange. S&S will cover the cost to ship out the replacement item.
- Please note that all exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, new with tags still attached and must have the original receipt.
We are a small business, running on a tight crew for now! We ship via USPS, and batch out our orders twice weekly. Shipments are made on Tuesdays & Fridays. If an order is placed Friday through Sunday, it will ship out on Tuesday. Any orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped.
All orders over $150 receive free shipping (excludes international shipping).
